Did you know that mercury is a poison? You may have heard of it being in sea food and such, but did you, actually, know the depth of its harm? Did you know that you could be holding it in your mouth?

One very efficient way to detox from this poisonous metal, mercury, would be through chlorella, a single celled fresh water algae. Chlorella could bind to toxins, such as mercury, and pull it out of the system safely. Chlorella is a rich source of chlorophyll which helps process more oxygen in addition to its powerful cleansing action within the blood. Chlorophyll properties help with growth and repair of the tissues as well, making it one of the most prized foods.

The raw apple cider vinegar contain the mother, which is a live probiotics that helps the system and intestines. It is rejuvenating and revitalizes the skin cells as well.
With chlorella supplements, it is important that they would have broken cell walls, because the human body is not able to digest or utilize its goodness otherwise. Make sure that the kind you are purchasing states that it is "broken cell wall". Also, the amounts that need to be taken to get rid of mercury would be up there--10,000 mg plus. Check with your natural health practitioner to see what is right amount for you.

Warm lemon water taken on empty stomach can be helpful with any form of detox. The lemon helps with the bile flow and goes through the system washing down any debris.
