Users may submit suggestions or artical content by contacting WebNHW and agree there will be no compensation for any submission and further authorize WebNHW to use or not use any such submission as WebNHW sees fit simply by make any such submission.  WebNHW does not commit to review or responding to such submissions.

Aggregate general site usage statistics are collected by the web hosting provider and made available to WebNHW.  WebNHW does not collect personally identifiable information about individual visitors, however see ADVERTISING section below for more information advertising programs used on this site.

SEVERANCE

WebNHW operates the Site form its office within the United States in The State of New Mexico.  The Site is intended to be used from within the United State and WebNHW makes no representation that the Site or content are legal or appropriate for users outside the United States.  Your choice to access this Site from other locations is at your own risk.  You are solely responsible for any and all local laws.

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal substantive laws of The State of New Mexico and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of The State of New Mexico courts.
